One way to tell if you are an expert is to look at how much you communicate. Experts need to communicate less because they understand what to do. Experts plan a project at the beginning, which allows them to understand when it is critical to communicate. It also helps them to understand the risks, deliverables, and details of the project in order to minimize the amount of confusion on a project. Experts have less meetings, less transactions, and do more planning. This is how an expert communicates!
